What happens on the day?

When
Two and a half days a week for one academic year, from September

An instrument making course with Musical Instrument Crafts in Newark.

What is instrument making?

Making an instrument is fine woodwork with acoustics attached. Guitars, ukuleles and violins all need thin, accurately worked timber, bent sides and careful bracing, and a millimetre matters more here than almost anywhere else in woodwork. Courses run long because the work cannot be hurried, and many are residential for that reason.

Dates, prices and places are set by Musical Instrument Crafts, not by us, and can change at any time. Always confirm the details with them before you travel.
