What happens on the day?
A green woodworking course with New Brewery Arts in Cirencester. New Brewery Arts say it suits people starting from scratch.
What is green woodworking?
Green woodworking works with freshly felled, unseasoned timber, which cuts far more easily than the dried stuff. It is hand tools, often outdoors, using a shave horse and a drawknife. Chairs, stools, spoons and rakes all come out of this tradition, and it predates sawmills and kiln drying entirely.

Questions people ask before booking

Is it suitable for a complete beginner?
New Brewery Arts bills this course as suiting people starting from scratch. If you have never done any green woodworking before, say so when you book so they know what to expect.
Who do I book with?
You book directly with New Brewery Arts. Woodwork UK does not take bookings, does not add a fee, and is not paid for the link. They set the dates, the price and the number of places.
